Covertek 403 roof underlay can be used as a direct fix or a cavity fix for roof construction. It consists of micro-porous water laminated film that is placed between two layers of spun bonded polyolefin. It is made from a fire-resistant, absorbent, synthetic material and helps in managing condensation, water vapour transfer and water ingress. It can be used in drained cavity, timber and steel frame buildings with absorbent and non-absorbent wall claddings direct fixed to framing.
