Direct from Supplier or Special Order Products

Why are products marked ‘Direct from Supplier’, ‘POA’ or 'Special Order (Pay on Callback)'?

These products are ordered directly from the supplier or another branch for you. Our branch team will call you to confirm if we can source the product and let you know delivery time frames and costs (if any).

Once you accept this you will be provided a payment link to complete your purchase.

These items are specifically sourced for you, and cannot be returned unless faulty, read more.

Here's the process:

1. Add the product to your cart

These products are not currently sitting in your local store they are either sourced directly from the supplier or another branch for you.

Simply add the products to your cart as you normally would.

2. Proceed to checkout

In your cart these products will be clearly separated from any other products you have added.

You will not pay for these products today. After checking out, a notification is sent to the team to confirm availability.

3. Confirmation of supply

Next, your local team member will confirm availability, delivery timeframes and costs (if any). They'll then give you a call to help order it in, just for you.

4. Payment

Following step 3 a payment link for your order will be sent to you.
