The Titen HD Screw Anchor is suitable for us in timber bottom plate and holdown fixings. Anchor features carbon steel construction and mechanically galvanised finish for excellent corrosion resistance. It has a maximum fixture thickness of 95 mm. This hex headed anchor measures M12 x 190 mm. The heavy-duty screw anchor is ideal for concrete and masonry substrates. This anchor minimizes installation time.
