The Makita 305mm Slide Compound Mitre Saw has deep exact cutting technology that provides more cutting depth for accurate cuts. The soft start mechanism prevents sudden initiation of the saw. The electric brake protects the saw from any damage and ensures user safety. The two-steel rail sliding system facilitates the usage of the saw against the wall. The large turn base supports work pieces securely for good operating stability. The mitre angle can be adjusted from 0 to 60 degrees in both the left and the right directions with positive stops at 0 degrees, 15 degrees, 22.5 degrees, 31.6 degrees, 45 degrees and 60 degrees.
