AUTOMATIC ENTRY PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of the promotional giveaway prize is deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
2. This promotional giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand with a current PlaceMakers trade account. Employees of Fletcher Building and its agencies plus members of their immediate families are ineligible to receive the giveaway. 
3. To qualify for the free Moderno Outdoor Infrared Heater, spend $1500+GST on any Raymor bathroom product on a current trade account at a PlaceMakers branch, between 1st August 2021 – 30th September 2021. Only one free heater per trade account. Promotion becomes invalid if the purchased products are returned for credit or exchanged with an alternative product.
4. Qualifying customers will be notified at the end of the promotion, prizes will be sent to the PlaceMakers branch where the purchases were made for collection in October 2021.  
5. If a qualifying customer cannot be contacted within a reasonable period (as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion), that qualifying customer will forfeit the heater.
6. The qualifying customers are responsible for organising any travel/visas/accommodation costs incurred in relation to the collection and transport of the heater.
7. The promotion may be subject to further terms and conditions stipulated by the promoter.
8. The Free Moderno Outdoor Infrared heater is not transferable or redeemable for cash, nor can it be exchanged for any other product or service.
9. Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of this Promotion or to modify, extend, terminate, suspend, or reschedule this Promotion.
11. Unless the Promoter determines otherwise, this promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion that the Promoter may be running concurrently.
12. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fletcher Building trading as PlaceMakers and its related companies, employees and agents, will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or cost (including but not limited to loss of profits, direct loss, indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion or accepting a giveaway.
