Hardwood	Medium-High Investment	Hardwood requires ongoing cleaning to maintain the look and feel.	Lifespan of up to 50 years depending on species and if properly maintained	FSC(R) certified - excludes Vitex which is community produced from the Solomon Islands	High aesthetic. Some fading will occur over time. Kwila has a tencency to bleed and should not be used over vegetable gardens.	Requires cleaning every year using a light detergent with anti-fungal agent.. Oiling is recomended however is optional based on the desired aesthetic.	Pre-stained & chemical free	Read User Guide for information on how to best install this decking.
