Facebook Competition Terms and Conditions

Comment your mate who would love a free brekkie on the Facebook post by midnight 28th February 2021 to go into the draw to win 1 of 2 $300 PlaceMakers Gift Card. 

Entry into this promotion is deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

1. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand. Employees of PlaceMakers and its agencies plus members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter. If a winning entrant is under 18 years old, the prize may be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
2. The Promotion closes at midnight Sunday 28th February 2021 (NZST).
3. Incomplete or late entries will be invalid.
4. The entry selected at random on Wednesday 3rd March 2021 will be deemed to be the Winners.
5. The Winners will be notified by message on Facebook and PlaceMakers will post the winner on the Facebook competition post, within 3 days of the winner being drawn. If a Winners cannot be contacted within a reasonable period (as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion), that Winners will forfeit the prize and another prize winner will be drawn.
6. The prize is 2 x $300 PlaceMakers gift card. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, nor can it be exchanged for any other product or service.
7. The prize will be couriered to the winner for them to use at their nearest PlaceMakers store.
8. The prize may be subject to further terms and conditions stipulated by the prize provider.
9. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for any error, technical malfunction, loss, omission, communications delay or failure in respect of the administration of the Promotion or for any lost, incorrect, or misdirected entries, including any contact details provided.
11. Entry is deemed to be consent to use the Winner’s information for reasonable publicity and promotional purposes if required without compensation and copyright will be vested in the Promoter.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this Promotion or to modify, extend, terminate, suspend or reschedule this Promotion.
13. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fletcher Distribution trading as PlaceMakers and its related companies, employees and agents, will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or cost (including but not limited to loss of profits, direct loss, indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion or accepting a prize.
14. All entries remain the property of the Promoter. All personal information will be collected and stored by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal information to conduct the Promotion and for its own future promotional and publicity purposes. Entrants have the right to access and request correction of personal information held by the Promoter.
15. The Promoter is Fletcher Distributions trading as PlaceMakers. 
16. By participating in this promotion, you hereby release and hold harmless Facebook from any and all liability associated with this promotion. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to Fletcher Distribution trading as PlaceMakers and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for administering this promotion.
