Superfine and Superfine MR are medium density, grainless, resin bonded particleboard panels which have a fine uniform surface. Superfine and Superfine MR panels are manufactured at Laminex Taupo using renewable New Zealand Radiata Pine saw dust and shavings from a neighbouring sawmill which are bonded together under heat and pressure. The Superfine adhesive is urea formaldehyde and the Superfine MR adhesive is melamine urea formaldehyde. The resulting particleboard panels are sanded, cut to size and ready for use.
